Aromatherapy course


This 450 hour Certified Aromatherapist Program is a distance learning home study course. Modules 1 & 2 meet the approved standards for professional aromatherapy education as set forth by the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA), the British Columbia Alliance of Aromatherapy (BCAOA) and the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). In addition to modules 1 & 2 we have created an on-line learning tool (Quizlet) with over 100 study sets to enhance your learning experience. We also have a closed FaceBook group with over 600 students and Graduates which serves as a great resource and support group.

This course of home study will provide the student with an in-depth understanding of Essential Oils, their therapeutic properties and uses. This program is set up in 2 modules:

Module 2 - Anatomy/Physiology/Pathology

10 Lessons - Learn about the human body.

Course content includes: skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, limbic system, digestive system, excretory system - urinary, integumentary and respiratory, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, reproductive system. Pathology - a look at some common and not so common diseases and essential oils that can help.

The Certification will be issued upon successful completion of both modules, a written examination and the required number of case studies.
